Application to participate in a delegation to Cuba:


Candidates for Friendship Association delegations must be members of the St. Augustine-Baracoa Friendship Association and be approved by the Board of Directors of the Friendship Association in function of a specific travel licensed issued by the U.S. Treasury Dept. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Regulations.

If your membership dues are not up to date please add $25 (individual) or $45(family).

Complete the following application and mail it together with

  1. a high-resolution color copy of your passport (information and photo pages)
  2. a deposit of at least $200
